Hi Anonymous. (I expect I should probably know who you are, but you might have to give me more of a clue. 🙂 )
As for the Scottish accents, I discovered recently that I’m one-eighth Scottish, but I suppose the Scots eighth of me doesn’t include the voice box area.

Hi Rob,
Really enjoyed 3 more episodes on Jan 1st. Mum did too. Dad hungover and indifferent! Hope you now have new island on your map. La palma is very laid back. Doing a month in some other weather is bliss.
I thought the Scot rather good but the midlands could do with some coaching….shame you so far away.
Happy harvesting for 2013 xxx

Thanks, Marie. Glad to hear your mum has good taste. 🙂
Sadly, La Palma doesn’t seem to have been coloured in separately, so I presume it just comes up as part of Spain. Perhaps you could try Greenland for your next holiday?
I was going to say something about “the midlands could do with some coaching”, but I don’t want to get bombarded with hate mail from a lot of irate Brummies. 😉
Kronya polla! Rob xx

Meg, how many more times do I have to tell you that my only connection with Bexhill-on-Sea is that my parents moved there when my dad retired!!!!? Spike Milligan described Bexhill as the only above ground cemetery in England and also said that people retired to Eastbourne so they could be nearer to their parents in Bexhill. 🙂
(Oh hell, now I’ll get hate mail from Bexhillians too.)
As for the accents, I’ll be doing Bristle next time just for you. Gurt lush!
Glad you liked the podcast though :), and ‘kronya polla’ to you and yours. Rob xx
